An Integrated Model for Building Self-Reliant Communities through Sustainable Livelihoods
Started by Drishtee Foundation and its partners in 2017, Swavlamban program facilitates rural community groups to develop into self-reliant, sustainable and interdependent enterprises within a community-led and managed 360-degree business and supply chain ecosystem. |
Over 13,000 rural families across 59 villages in 4 states have joined us on the Swavlamban journey towards sustainable livelihoods and are contributing to the social and economic well-being of their family and society. |
||
We especially work with rural women producers to build their capacity so that they can lead the change in their villages and spread the value of share and care. |
|||
Our aim is to connect communities, rural and urban, in a relationship of shared prosperity. |
