Coordinator - Accounts
Location: Territory Office/Division Office
Specific Qualification – Some accounting experience
Work Profile – The Coordinator - Accounts would be responsible for accounting
activities in a territory and division.
KRAs
- Fulfill all legal and tax statutory requirements
- Responsible for Salary Disbursement of all employees by interacting with AC/C - HR
- Monitor and maintain records of the transfer of goods to Division Office
- Monitoring and reconciliation of Division Office accounts
- Sales & Bank Account Daily
- Other physical vouchers weekly
- Maintain all accounts of the territory – accounts should be open to auditing
- Cash Management – maintain cash levels for procurement and expenses
- Bank Accounts and Bank Book Management
- Ensure on time payment to vendors
- All purchases to be entered into the system

Maintenance of Asset Register – all office furniture and other assets
need to be entered into the register and regular audit to be conducted
Reporting Manager – Territory Commander/Division Commander
